Conference Registration Cancellation Policy
All registration purchases for conferences and events hosted by Empower Aesthetic Medicine Collaborative (EAMC) are subject to the following cancellation terms.
Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to:
Refund eligibility is based on the date the written cancellation request is received.
Refund Schedule
Ticket Transfers
Registrations may be transferred to another attendee up to 7 days prior to the event at no additional charge. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing.
Non-Attendance
No refunds will be provided for no shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
Event Changes
Empower Aesthetic Medicine Collaborative reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, venue details, or programming if necessary. Such changes do not qualify for a refund.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, public health restrictions, venue closures, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen events, EAMC reserves the right to reschedule the event.
Registrations will be transferred to the rescheduled date, and refunds may not be guaranteed.
Special Circumstances
Requests related to medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the organizing team.
